Chronic Illness...Now What? How to Overcome Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Lupus, etc.

Finally the day has come. You have received your diagnosis. Phewwww...

Now you can finally have a little more clarity. It is lupus, or fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue, etc.

I remember when I first got diagnosed with fibromyalgia I breathed a sigh of relief. I wasn't "crazy." There was a concrete diagnosis for the symptoms I was having.

It took SEVEN years to finally get a diagnosis. My doctor at the time who was one of the foremost specialists in chronic fatigue research in the USA told me that it is relatively normal for it to take 7-10 years to finally get diagnosed.

Nowadays, it is a lot more common knowledge that autoimmune and neuro-immune conditions are plaguing the country more and more so a diagnosis may come quicker.

Yet, in my days of feeling TERRIBLE and being told by numerous doctors that my blood work is PERFECT and there is NOTHING wrong with me, I was mostly left stumped and confused.

I began my own process of self-healing through nutrition. I recognized that when my body was able to detox well, I could find a bit more energy.

Over time I became a huge advocate for eating well.

Until, a period of time came when my symptoms came roaring back with a vengeance and my "detox diet" just wasn't doing the trick anymore.

I had a huge flare up after a near fatal car accident. This time with debilitating pain I didn't recognize with my symptoms before. This was 6 months after my accident when technically the physical healing was already done.

What I experienced next I wouldn't have believed if I didn't experience it myself.

I was in therapy at the time to heal my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I had developed after my accident. Bit by bit my trauma therapist and I began clearing old traumas by using hypnotherapy and NLP techniques.

At the time, I wasn't exactly sure what she was doing. I just felt an emotional "shift" each time I left her office. I felt lighter and lighter. As if ten pounds was being lifted off my shoulders every time.

I never really spoke in detail with my therapist about my physical illness. It was never the focus of our time together.

Yet, I started to realize time after time when my deep seeded unconscious trauma was being cleaned up, the pain in my legs started to dissipate.

I didn't put it together at first that the work I was doing in my mind could actually have an effect on my body. I just knew I felt better.

That's only the beginning of the story. I have now been working with the mind to clear physical symptoms for years with myself and clients.

It is so CLEAR to me now that if the mind is very anxious, traumatized, or stressed out it will create pain and fatigue in the body.

I have learned over time that when doctors say "stress kills" this is what they mean by that. When our minds are just trying to cope with the events of life that it never fully processed or release, then it is playing on a repeat loop over and over in the background. Just dealing with this loop alone creates fatigue.

If you add that to the amount of stress in our daily lives, no wonder we are all feeling fatigued!

The solution I have found is to work to clear the subconscious mind of stagnant emotions. Just like a computer that is working fine, yet if there is a software program that is buggy, it simply won't work.

The hardware of our minds and bodies can be perfect, yet if the software (our memories) are heavy and painful, then it doesn't matter how strong we are.

I have strategized a program that I use for most of my clients when I work with them individually. This program is now available as a 30 day self healing. It is called Emotional Mastery and is meant to sustainably clear out old stagnant emotions to allow the mind and body to reset and be at ease.

I look forward to the day when we all learn how to master our minds so our bodies can feel vibrant again.
